A wedding website where every family RSVPs.
Design it with Aurora and publish it. Each family replies for the events they're invited to, with meal choices and dietary needs, and the answers land in your guest list.
- Every event, from the ceremony to the Sangeet
- Share with your partner, family and planner
- Asks before deleting or sending anything

A wedding website where families RSVP.
Design it with Aurora and publish it. Each family replies for the events they're invited to, and the answers land in your guest list.

Aurora tells you what needs you, and why.
It reads your own guests, payments, contracts and events, and lists what's due with the reason and a ready next step. Rain forecast for an outdoor ceremony? You'll hear about it in time.
How it works
Tell Aurora about your wedding
Your date, your events and roughly how many guests. It sets up your plan, your budget lines and your checklist.
Keep talking
“We booked the florist.” “Riya's plus-one is vegetarian.” Aurora updates every page, and shows you the change first.
Check Today
What's due this week, who hasn't replied and what to pay next, in one short list.
Every vendor in one place, and Aurora reads the contract.
Find local vendors and keep track of who you're looking at, who you've contacted and who you've booked. Upload a contract and it lists the payments and their dates, what you can't get back, and what the contract leaves out, quoting the page.
One guest list, every event.
Mark who's invited to each event, and see replies, meals and dietary needs event by event. Bring in the spreadsheet you already have.

Every payment, before it's due.
What you've committed and paid against each line, and what's due week by week, including the payments your contracts set.

Aurora asks before it changes anything that matters.
- Deleting, bulk changes and anything sent out in your name wait for your yes.
- Undo puts back what Aurora changed, for thirty minutes.
- Instructions hidden in emails, documents or websites are never followed.
See it in a short tour
A booking to the budget, a contract to its payments, and the guest list to the website.
And the rest of the plan
Seating
Tables on a floor plan, with unseated guests grouped by family.
Run of show
Move one moment and everything linked to it moves too.
Family, with limits
Invite family and helpers, and choose what each can see and change.
Memory
Tell Aurora once: no lilies. It remembers, and who said it.
Reminders
Ask Aurora to remind you, and it shows up on Today when it's time.
Every tradition
Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet and Baraat, or a ceremony and a reception. Your events, your way.
Every wedding's week, on one page.
This week across all your weddings, Aurora's changes as proposals you approve, and capacity by month against your limit.

In their words
“This is the best planner I have found!”
Plans
Questions
Is PlanWed free?
There's a free plan, and you don't need a card to start. Paid plans give you more room; compare them on the plans page.
Does Aurora change things without asking?
Aurora makes the everyday changes you ask for, and you can undo them. Deleting, bulk changes and anything sent out in your name wait for your yes.
What if Aurora gets something wrong?
Each change shows up in the chat with an Undo, and the page itself shows what changed. Tell Aurora and it fixes it.
Can my partner, family or planner join?
Yes. Invite them from Team and choose, page by page, whether each person can edit, only view, or not see it at all.
Does it work for our traditions?
Add the events you're having, from a welcome dinner to a Sangeet. Each gets its own guest list, replies, budget line and run of show.
Who can see our guest list?
Only the people you invite to your wedding, with the access you give them.
